Cennox provide numerous freight options depending on the products being purchased. For larger heavy products, we offer:
Dock / Kerbside Delivery: Unloaded at your location by you and your lifting equipment
Liftgate / Inside Delivery: Unloaded and moved inside by our carrier’s equipment
Our teams will contact you for all heavy delivery orders to agree your specific drop off and installation requirements.
All products are despactched from our facilities in 1-3 working days.

Cennox aim to provide our commercial customers with the very best quality and most robust products. On occasion, we do understand that goods may need to be returned for one reason or another and your rights are protected.
All returns are subject to the following:
All products to be returned unused in their original packaging, ensuring all associated equipment, manuals and any cables are present. Larger devices will need to be restrapped and returned on the original pallets .
Customers must notify us of your need and reason to return the product.
Any postage and packaging incurred to return them are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Unless the device arrived damaged and or faulty.
Any additional installation fees purchased at the time of the original order are non-refundable

In the event of a safe arriving faulty or damaged, we may offer you options around an exchange, a repair of the original product or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Cennox offer customers professional installation on many devices. prices of these are provided at the time of order, but can requested later should this be needed.
Safe installation and service is one of our most valued categories of customer assistance. COMMERCIAL SAFE WARRANTY
One year parts and labor.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty excludes customer neglect or abuse, robbery attempt, burglary, vandalism or other criminal conduct, environmental factors (such as fire, water damage, wind), acts of God, lightning or power spikes or surges or modifications not made by Cennox Security Products. Any failure resulting in the use of unapproved lubricants, cleaning liquids or solvents and/or liquid spills are not covered under warranty. Failure resulting in the relocation of equipment by non-Cennox technicians is not covered under warranty. Warranty service is available by contacting your retail seller, or by contacting us at (800) 342-3033 ext. 3001. Cennox reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part to honor any claim, and to receive a purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase before warranty service is performed. This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. All expressed and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, except as stated above. Cennox Security Products disclaims all liabilities for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights as well, which will vary from state to state
